30 Days to build a bookshop; Day 8

Wow, today has been incredible. I thought I’d be chilling at home all day but found out from my amazing suppliers at Gardners Books that my computer was being delivered at the shop today so I motored over there and arrived three minutes after the UPS truck left. Luckily the wonderful people at the flower shop next door; Every Blooming Thing had taken my packages in for me. I took down the rest of the stud wall but that’s not the most important thing that happened today. 

Today I launched the crowdfunder and was absolutely floored by the response so far. If you can picture me up a ladder sawing planks in two while sobbing with gratitude to an ABBA soundtrack every time my phone popped with a new notification, then you know what today was like.

Thank you so much to everyone who has shared, donated, placed orders and supported me so far. It really does mean the world. 

So far we’ve made it to over £2,500 which is just phenomenal.
